Since each item is custom-made, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges except for size-related issues. Made-to-Order Products

  • All products are crafted according to your selected size and specifications.
  • Our team carefully checks measurements and details to ensure the highest quality.
  • Because each item is made exclusively for you, returns are not accepted for change of mind, color preferences, or minor fitting adjustments.
  • Minor alterations can usually be done locally for the best fit.

Size Exchange Policy

  • We offer a one-time size exchange if the ordered size does not fit.
  • The request must be made within 1 days of delivery.
  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item back and receiving the replacement item.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges incurred during the exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-sized or specially altered garments
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to exchange it.
  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • After verifying the issue, we will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Please note: this only applies to damaged or defective products.

Refunds

  • We generally do not offer refunds as all items are made-to-order.
  • In rare cases, a refund may be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After this window, production begins, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
